Okay, the only problem I seem to have is with Magix software for some reason. Anyone know why nothing will remain saved on my pro x. everything else on my computer will save, just video pro x won't I'll download the extra stuff, and when I turn it off it's completely erased when I go back into it. its the only thing that won't save???????????
From your (rather limited) description it is difficult to say what might be happening!
However, if you are having a problem with the saving and retaining any additional content you are wanting to download, as a first suggestion I would check where, exactly, this content is being downloaded and saved to and then check that Windows or your antivirus software is not "protecting" that storage location and so preventing it being properly saved.

Not a lot to go on - we need more explanation of what you mean by ' nothing will remain saved on my pro x'.
Are you referring to saving projects, program settings, video exports or what?
Your workflow if referring to projects and video exports will also help including where you are saving to, may also help
