In my humble opinion the original Magix Samplitude 14 is the best product Magix ever produced for consumer/ professional use. Make no mistake I am purely in every sense of the word a long time pro musician. Midi features, as effective as they may, be are a bit too artificial for my taste. Audio is what real players will use every time. I am simply afraid that one day I will no longer be able to use MS 14 and will not get the quality from any newer versions of this product. I am also using an older operating system, (Win Vista), and an M-Audio 2496 Audiophile sound card. (stereo in and out.

Can anyone tell me if the above mentioned version of Magix and hardware can be used with a more recent Win software/hardware platform? Perhaps I will upload to the forum a sample of I believe to be Samplitude at its' best.
