@RajaJagadeesh-Adurthi

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix support staff, sorry.

To have any chance at all of being able to help you we really need a lot more information from you.

First, please read this post and give us ALL the details requested there.

Then, tell us exactly which variant (Basic, Plus or Premium) of MEP you have.

Then, please tell us a lot more about the actual video files you are trying to use in your project. To access full detail about your files please download and install the free MediaInfo utility, point it to one of your video files and copy and paste here the results of the Text view.

Once we have all that information from you we may well be able to help you to resolve the problem of MEP freezing!

Movie Edit Pro Premium 2022 crashes when video export has 10 secs left. Resulting file is unplayable (error: 0xc00d36c4)

Windows 10, fully updated as of 2 days ago through 2021-09 Cumulative Update for Win 2004

Asus Z370 MB

I5-8600K

32GB RAM

EVGA GTX-108Ti Hybrid

256GB m.2 boot drive, SanDisk SSD 240GB as editing drive

Version: Movie Edit Pro 21.0.1.85 (UDP3)

2 days ago, On starting program, it had to be reinstalled. I uninstalled/reinstalled with fresh download from y portal. Did a simple trimming job.

Today: First trying to pull off audo to .mp3 export, indicated hardware acceleration disabled due to not having updated video drivers. Installed 9/20/21 Nvidia drivers.

Would normalize for audio, but not create .mp3 file. Export .wav worked fine.

Went to export to .mp4. Everything progressed as normal until 10 seconds remaining (about a 12 minute 1080 29.97 video), then program crashed, restarted. File unplayable.

problem repeated 3 times.

Uninstalled/reinstalled just now. Same result.

I have actual real world work to complete and the program is crashing in a repeatable fashion (see above), with exactly the same symptoms each time, before and after reinstall.

I have never had a problem with your Movie Edit in over 10 years, now I'm dead in the water. I upgraded to get GPU use into my workflow.

This program worked for the first few days after purchase and I now recall there was an update I installed.

And while you're in the fix, please make the "don't show me this anymore" for the Install Manager check box work.I've got my extra content downloaded and installed and it tries again every single program start.
