Asking for activation code for a product that is activated

I just purchased MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 2022 Premium. First problem I had was that it kept telling me that my serial number was already assigned to another email yet when I logged into My Account\My Products I could see that nothing had been activated yet. Eventually I got passed that problem and got the program installed. Now when I try to actually load something it pops up a window asking for an activation code. No where in my emails does it have an activation code. When I click on reset activation code it takes me to a webpage that shows my ComputerID but requires the order number. When I enter that it tells me the order number is invalid. Any ideas?

@Carlos-Quintana

Hi

. . . . Now when I try to actually load something it pops up a window asking for an activation code.  . . . .

If it is doing this when you try to load a project then the MEP is most likely asking for the activation code for, or to activate, a video codec eg HEVC which is a paid for codec, if you purchased this for a previous version of MEP then use the code from the confirmation email of the HEVC codec - the code should start with HEVC- .

If it is not a codec then what is the full message of the popup that is asking you for an activation code - a screenshot would help.

Thank you John. I found the link to purchase the codec and now things are working.
