Aspect ratio adjustment

In Vegas Pro 18, I need to adjust the aspect ratio of an old Mp4 clip that is showing figures to be slightly elongated. The current aspect ratio is supposed to be 4:3. The horizontal squeeze is very slight but noticeable. Can I make manual adjustments in "Event/Pan/Crop" by hand and eye to slightly stretch the image horizontally rather than using the numerical method and without cropping the image? Can you tell us how you came to this forum? We are getting many users of Vegas Pro and Vegas Movie Studio arriving here only to be re-directed to the correct forum.
