Audio and Video out of Sync in MEP on import.

I am importing my video from a cANNON xha1 HDV in 1920x1080 at 59.9 fps and audi at 48kHz. I have matched my input options on MEP and my audio is out of sync. I varies and gets worse and changes as the video progresses. 

I have tried changing all of the import video presets to no avail. I seems like this is a rampant problem with MEP. Very frustrated.

Which version of MEP are you referring to and is it patched up to date?
