Audio ends prematurely then "mini-loops" until movie ends

Movie Edit Pro 2015 ... When I make movies, on export,  the audio ends before it should.  Then oddly the audio stops before the end of the movie then "mini-loops" until the video ends.  Very irritating!  Yes, it plays perfectly in the program.  Is this some sort of odd buffering issue, perhaps related to multithreading or there's some buffer I need to clear?  How can I solve this?  I can use other programs I own, but I just bought 2015 Pro thinking it would be a nice single solution piece of software.

Yes if I use one of the Magix Template "slideshow" with music presets it works just fine!

Hi

. . . . .2015 Edit Pro v14.0.0.160 . . .

Looks like you are missing a patch for MEP2015 - the latest version I have is 14.0.0.162Try updating the software first.

Can you post a screen shot of the end section of  timeline and the settings you used for exporting the video?

John

Sorry can't figure out how to simply reply to John below ... so I'll reply here ... Updated to the recommended patch ... to no avail ... Even created a "new" 15 second clip ... here's the screen shot ...

The audio track is supposed to end on a drum beat ... in the exported video the sound track hits almost the end  early then loops the drum beat ... irratated ...

This morning I had to use another one of my video programs to get an acceptable video up to sell a 3D Item ...

Hi

Cannot see anything wrong with the timeline - the problem may be in the audio clip.

Can you upload the audio clip, to somewhere like Dropbox, post the link to it so we can try it in on our computers to see if we can repeat the problem?

John

Hi John,

Holidays slowed my answer.  I noticed that the audio sample rate was off, but even once I changed the format from the original mp3 to wav and adjusted the sample rate (of the wav), sadly there was no change.  Files off my site:

STOP THE PRESSES!

John I am SO embarased!  It was my sm-video player!  I finally noticed that it wasn't pregressing past the end of the video file ... so it was doing the looping! ... Tested using default home media and VLC and all is well ... WHEW!

I am now more than happy with Movie Edit 2015 Pro!

Hope this helps someone else ... end of line!
