Audio out of sync

I'm using Magix Movie Edit Pro Premium, version: 17.0.2.166. I'm on windows 10.

This is a new problem for me. I've made 4 other videos with the exact same settings and had no issue. Today I finished editing another video. I went to export to MPEG-4.

  • Resolution: 2704x1520
  • frame rate: 29.9699
  • Ratio: 1.778947
  • Max bit rate: 28000
  • Average bit rate: 26000
  • AAC Sample rate: 48000
  • Audio Bit rate: 192

I have exported 4 other videos with these exact settings. I am using the same GoPro Session 5, which has been recording the same exact way since I purchased it. Those videos exported with zero issues

In program, everything is synced just fine. Upon export the sound is delayed by about a second. I tried creating new frame tables for all the clips, made no change. Unsure how to proceed or fix said issue. Any help would be appreciated.

*EDIT* Changing the frame rate to 29.97, maximum GOP length to 30, and H.264 level to AUTO fixed the issue

Hi,

For the record, in case anyone else ends up here with a similar problem:

1. Are you satisfied with that solution?
2. Are those changes unique to this export? If so, have you established why they were not necessary for the previous three successful exports?
