Hi

We need more information:

  1. Are you using the default audio settings as shown below?


     
  2. Is your audio card/chipset or speakers set as the default playback device in Windows?
     
  3. Are mp3 and other audio formats playing OK in Video Pro X?
     
  4. Download and install MediaInfo and analyse a wav file that is showing the issue - post the results from the Text view
