Other than an email with the Activation Code, there is nothing to receive. You download the product from the Magix.com site and install it.

Which product did you purchase?

Did you get the email with the Activation Code?

If not, did you check your spam box?

If nothing there, did you supply the correct email when you purchased?

It is indeed an email that I would expect and did not receive. I checked spam and believe I supplied the correct email. Thanks anyways Browj2. The only support links I ever found on the company's page kept looping me through self-help FAQs (that said the same as Browj2). The link provided actually gave me somewhere to send my issue. Thanks DJ PatientX. They "..are currently working at full capacity to respond to customer enquiries in a timely fashion." Cheers!
