This is a highly subjective matter.  If someone wants it "loud", just turn up the volume, but what I think you are looking for is that you want the highest, somewhat sustained note, to just turn the peak meter a little red and the rest of the music will fall somewhere around that mark, but below it.  Hope this helps.
