Black Circles after exporting my 360 Videos

Hello. I was wondering if anyone has any solutions to this. Whenever I export a 360 video after I finish editing, it always has a black circle that gets in the way, but it’s not there before I export. it is usually when I pan down in my videos. I have no idea how to fix this and was wondering if anyone else has run into this issue. Its almost as if a blackhole is eating part of the video. Any help would really be appreciated.

I have video pro X on the latest update and all my graphics card drivers are up to date as well

@Grusso42

Hi

There are very few users in the forum who work with 360° video, so if any one else has encountered this issue you may be waiting a while for a response.

As this is the same question as your previous one here I will close this to prevent splitting of replies should anyone who has had this issue reply.

I would suggest you raise a support ticket - see this guide for how to do it.
