@Craig-Parsons Hi , Magix has Sharpen, there are also plugins & other separate more expensive programs that help with improving poor quality video, but just trying to improve old footage that was recorded at a lower quality/format/resolution is hard enough so if your original video is blurred there prob isn't a huge amount of improvement that can be made, Most/a lot of programs allow a free trial so if it is really important you could try one of those & see how it deals with your shot, I'm on my phone right now so can't really find links but Topaz Video Enhance is one such program

It's video footage. Since I posted the question I tried AVCLabs Video Enhancer AI and it's working great! I'll post again once I see the final results. Thank you!
