before i was using the lastest win 10 64 now i jump into the new win 11 and still the same your copany waterdown one of the best movie editor of the market to trash it with new jargon..too sad if i could get a refund for this worthless software i would. i have 1 tb of ssd 500 for slave 16 gigs of ram and 6 six core amd procesor. plus a 12 core graphic card nvidia rtx 3060...now please illuminate me.

Any solution...my god the software doesnt even have an mpeg 4 decoder and working with 2k or 4k its slower even thawed i have to work with a proxy its still glitchy.

As already stated very clearly by @browj2, we don't even know exactly which software and version you have. Please tell us now!
If you are not prepared to do this, no-one here can even begin to offer advice or suggestions; we cannot see your computer.
