Botched Install

I recent bought ACID Pro 365 and found that it was filling up my system drive pretty quickly, So I attempted to move everything to a higher-capacity drive. Instead, I ran into a situation where ACID 365 would seemingly install, but then I would get data errors "we can't read this location" that reinstalling the software with "factory" defaults would not correct. Which brings up two questions:

1. What do I have to do to get an install completely fresh?

2. Can I move the program to a drive with more space and still make it work?
