Can't say for sure but it may be as simple as deleting all the numbers first rather than trying to add to a field that is already full. 

I guess my calculation might be off but I figure a difference of 0.05 bpm amounts to 3 beats in an hour. Way beyond my ability to keep to the rhythm!

Just want to be able to change my bpm to the 2nd decimal instead of to the 1st decimal.  For some reason this issue started yesterday to where I can only change my BPM to the 1st Decimal point.

 

For example

120.0 - 1st Decimal point

120.00 - 2nd Decimal point

120.000 - 3rd Decimal point

Why do you need to have such an accurate bpm - is this a very long eg 30 min + track that must fit a time length requirement exactly?

To exactly match two songs over a long interval might be more easily done by exporting one as a .wav or .mp3 file and then importing this mixdown and every so slightly stretching it. The original material could be deleted or better just muted so that it can be edited later if needed.
