@frank-flores Do you use an ASIO compatible, external USB audio interface? Highly recommended.

Hi, keep in mind that Music Maker does not handle asio at the same level as programs like Cubase, Ableton or Studio One.
It is also true that these software have a much higher cost than Music Maker and therefore you cannot expect the same level of performance.
However, a few things come to mind: have you set the power profile to maximum performance? Do you perhaps have an antivirus running in the background? And even if I imagine the answer is positive, have you updated the drivers of your Focusrite to the latest version? I use a Steinberg UR22c that works on a USB 3.0 port and I have no latency problems even if I must admit that on MusicMaker I cannot go as low as I do with the other programs I mentioned above.
Try with another daw just to be sure is not an issue related to MM only...
