Bugs do get fixed, hurray!!

Usually we only post messages when we can't get certain things done, but this time I just wanted to let you know that I'm very happy with the latest patch (15.05.195). Some bugs I had reported a few weeks earlier got fixed in it. It saved me a lot of time to complete my latest masterpiece (ahem). I'm not sure they realy got fixed because of my report or that these issues were already reported before or known and had been in the works already. Given the short timespan between my report and the release of the patch I suspect they had been working on these issues already but it stll suggests to me that clear, serious feedback to magix does get picked up by them. I must hold that thought whenever I encounter an issue with the program, which is bound to happen sooner or later, given it's complexity 😉.

My experience is they fix 1 and create 2 more.
My work is all multi cam and now I find I am having trouble with more than 4 channels on the time line and wave files are causing crashes.
Where do we report bugs?. Is there a particular place or just magix support.
You mention complexity but when basic functions that have worked in the past suddenly don't anymore then it gets a bit frustrating.
Doug.

I just report them to support using the online form. I don't know if support is equal for each country, language. I've read quite a few complaints in the past about US support. And I must admit, breaking one thing while fixing something else is unfortunately something I have experienced too with the software.

There is a new patch out, 211, which, hopefully, will take care of most of the problems that I have been experiencing the last few days. I hope that nothing else was broken in the process.
