Burn multiple videos on DVD

I wish to have multiple videos on one DVD with a separate button on the main menu for each one. Each video will only play when the appropriate button is pressed, and the other videos will not play. In other words I do not want to concatenate the videos and have them play in sequence. MEP does not seem to be capable of this. If so is there a way to do this outside of MEP?

See this tutorial, although for an older version of Movie Edit Pro, it still applies to later versions.
