@norman-anderson

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

You can import the original video files (and then "edit" them) but you cannot import the APE "project" file. Its format is proprietary to Adobe and no programme from any other manufacturer of video editing software is able to read it.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

If you mean:

  1. an Adobe Premiere Elements project file - these cannot be imported to Movie Edit Pro (MEP).

  2. an exported video from Elements - this can be imported in the MEP providing is is a supported format eg mp4, AVI etc.

Please read this topic.

Thanks to both of you. It was an Adobe Premiere Elements project that I was hoping to import into Magix to make a Blu-ray Disc, but I will see how to make my project into a supported format to place into Magix. Norman
