buying sound pools in the magix music maker store

Ok so I'm trying to buy the 90s hip hop pack bundle for the sound pools but when I enter all my info in and try to buy it it gives me a screen saying purchase was unsuccessful, I've tried to also buy it on producer planet but the same issues happens. If anyone could help me id greatly appreciate it. Id also like to add that I'm trying to buy it on a pre paid vanilla visa gift card I'm not sure if that has something to do with it but just thought id should mention that.

@Ryan-Vaverchak This could be a security mechanism that prevents you from using your gift cards. You can ask support at infoservice@magix.net for help with your problem.

Just to add a little to what @SP. has said, all on-line transactions within the UK and Europe now require the banks to carry out security protocols which involve the "buyer" and the bank whose card he is using, to communicate to verify the transaction. Because your card is pre-paid I suspect such verification cannot happen, hence the purchase fails.
