Before that you should check if your sound card support 5.1 surround. You may think why I am saying this? because when I wanted to use 5.1 my system showed my sound card does not support 5.1 surround. That is why I realized if I want to use 5.1 surround system my sound card/audio card should support this feature.

I think Magix include it in the software.
