Can not export!

Hi,

Today I installed the upgrade for my Pro Plus 2022. Perhaps a very stupid idea. I made a movie, which I need to put up on youtube on time. Never had any serious problem exporting. Until now. I can not export! In no way shape or form. Tried all. Same as I always have been doing but no. Just get error message. This is not normal and yesterday was ok - today not after your update.

I really need to get my video out which is schduled every day at a certain time. This is terrible!

So what can I do about this?!

Hi Carl.

First it's not our program. There are only other users on the forum. We only use the program.

I see you eventually got the program running. If you followed the advice given last time to install the program did you set the same precautions in place this time?

I updated MEP 2022 this morning with no repercussions but without your complete system specs it would be hard to give you any suggestions as to what may be happening or if there could be a workaround.

Please remember we are only users and maybe a lot of us have yet to update the program and report any issues. Any suggestions by us are purely based on the effectiveness of previous suggestions to previous problems posted to this site. They are not guaranteed fixes.

Personally there have only been improvements as far as the program running on my machine is concerned so I can't even guess as to what may be wrong at your end without further details.

What is the full error message?

Which export preset did you select and what changes, if any, did you make to the export parameters?

For the computer specification - see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card/chipset make model in full. It would help if you put this information in your profile, signature for future reference.
