can't download my movie studio 2023 platinum download version

I paid for the download version of Movie Studio 2023 Platinum and I cannot download the version. I get this message:

The following task could not be executed successfully:

Installation of Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 (x64) Redistributable

Cause: Exit code: 1073740777

File Path: C:\Users\cmgru\AppData\Local\Temp\mgxips54u3v\addon\vcredist2008_SP1_9.0.30729.6161\vcredist_x64.exe

Please help me figure out why it won't download.

Is not MS 2023 there's something no working right in your computer, search in google " Installation of Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 (x64) Redistributable Cause: Exit code: 1073740777 " and you gonna find links to Microsoft forum and they tell you what to do maybe you missing a windows update or else..
