Hi,

When you buy a Soundpool, it should download and install right away. Did this not happen? Do any of the Soundpools show up in the Media Pool under loops?

Try this: under the Store tab, click on the parameters gear (top right) and select "Download all purchased content." Do the new Soundpools show up on the list? If so, then download them.

Failing that, go into the Program parameters, General options tab, and click on Clean up Store. There is also "Rescan Soundpools." After doing this, log back into the Store and try the above method to get the list of purchased content to download.

Hi,

The soundpools you purchased should also be in your account at Producer Planet https://www.producerplanet.com/gb/audio/

You need to make an account with the same login details as you used with Music Maker then you can access the soundpools.
