Can't find/open file

I copied my music project file on a USB and attached it to another computer. I tried to open my project file from there, and I kept getting an error message that said my file could not be found! So I then copied that file to another destination & tried opening it from there, but the same thing happened! Not only that, but the MAGIX system crashes! Maybe it has to do with the fact that I may have downloaded a different version of MAGIX Music Maker than the version on the computer I was previously working on. What version is this MAGIX Music Maker? Both computers use Windows 10. I don't know what can be done. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem? I need to finish my project.

You can find the version under Help, About. The image above would suggest you are using the free version of the current Music Maker which has a limited number of soundpools, check the version on the previous computer.

The issue you are having would be, that as the message indicates, you do not have the Soundpool Music Maker Feel-good that is used, loaded on to the computer. If the previous computer was a full version of Music Maker and you have the serial number, then you should be able to activate it in the free version - Help, Activate Edition... and download the Soundpools from the store for that version - note the older version must be Music Maker MX or later.
