Can't get off the magnifier cursor

In the midi editor, I can't get off of the magnifier cursor. The magnifying glass tool is not selected. In fact, the thing that is selected is the selection tool, but it is still a magnifying glass. It just magnifies the section a select, it won't let me click on a bar.

@JobyJob-Mo This usually goes away as soon as you restart the computer. Be sure to select the Restart option and not the Shut down option.
