I am using Movie Edt Pro 15, ver 8.6.1.0. Windows 7.
I can not get the chapters menu to show up when attempting to create the DVD menu. There is only one movie. I have searched the forums but to no avail. I am open to any suggestions please. Thank you.

Sorry I don't have MEP 15 available to check the exact look, but from memory the chapter functions have not changed that much. The immediate question is have you placed any chapter markers?
If so you should see the little blue things in the space just above the timeline tracks. Also you should see the chapters listed when in 'Edit' mode of the burn screen.
The only other thing I can think of is perhaps the template you have chosen does not have an obvious button to get to the chapter menu when in 'Preview' mode.

Yes, i place chapter markers. For what ever stupid reason though, they will not show up in the dvd burn menu.
There are 16 chapters, and it wont allow me to do anything. Any other input will assist. thank you.

Try a click on the little downward arrow at the top right of the 'Navigation Structure' panel. You should see your movie name and the chapters below similar to my second image (MEP 2014 has it to the left of the preview screen). I dusted off an old computer which has MEP 14 installed and it displays movie title and chapters in a panel like yours in outline format as expected. If the chapter list doesn't show up there is something really wrong!
Have you tried with another menu template? Perhaps the one you are using has somehow been corrupted.
