Can't get Vegas Movie Studio to Register on my computer.

So a while back when I first bought Movie Studio, everything was fine. I used my email and serial code to register and activate it on my computer.
But later on I had to factory reset my computer and reinstall everything. Now when I try to get it to activate, it says error -24, that my serial number and email have already been used.
Why can't I access the program I paid good money for?

But try logging into your Magix account - My Products & deactivate it, it should then let you reactivate it on your reset PC https://www.magix.com/gb/support/my-service-center/

As @Former user has hinted, if your version of Movie Studio is 17 or earlier you need to be in the Vegas forums, via the link he posted.

If, however, you own version 18 or later this is the correct forum for you. So, if having followed the advice to go into your Magix account and deactivating any unused activations but you still cannot run the software then do post back and we will try to help you further.
