Check your file extension or if the midi file resides in a folder, try to load it from there

Thanks for your help, but I tried it as you explained and the software freezes and nothing happens! I tried again and the same thing happened...

Hi

You need to check the MIDI file format standard - if it it GM2 midi file it should import OK.
