Can’t upload video

Mark-Howell wrote on 2/15/2020, 2:26 PM

When I try to upload video to magic pro the whole program disappears. I have to restart program, try again and the program disappears again.

I have windows 10, this problem started a few months ago. I had magix pro 15. Decided to upgrade thinking that might fix it but 16 pro has same issue.

Hi Mark.

Are you referring to Movie Edit Pro? If so,MEP16 only handles Windows up to Win 7. It can't use anything higher than Direct X 9 that it needs to run. I'm surprised it ran at all.
