When I burn a DVD, I get 2 choices for my DVD menus; ie: 4:3 and 16:9'; Some of the templates from 4:3 are attractive to me and I wanted to use the same template for my project for wide screenor 16:9.
Though I picked the template from 4:3 DVD template menu and click apply command , I was able to use in 16:9; But when the menu encoding (cut 2/7 process in the burning scenarios), is taking place, it used to replicate the menu image for an indefinite amount of time; The same menu image was copied for more than 100 times to my frustations. 5 minutes movie clip encoding was taking 2-3 hours plus time, as it was struck at the process 2 of 7, for menu encoding
I, then, changed the template to 16:9, the encoding to burn 5 minutes video, took the least time of 5 minutes plus. This observation is making me to conclude what will be the impact of 4:3 menu template on 16:9 movie?
