@Andre-Grilo

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums. There are no Magix staff here so no-one can do anything to directly help you, sorry.

Have you read and followed the Cancellation Terms policy on this page?

To which address have you sent several emails? And which product are you wishing to cancel your contract for?

I wish to cancel my monthly subscription, I was told to log in & go to "my contracts" to cancel. Problem is I don't see "my contracts" anywhere. Thanks in advance!

@John-Pyatt Loops Unlimited subscriptions can be canceled directly in the Music Maker welcome screen.

I believe "My Contracts" is only for webhosting, but I'm not sure. Instead write an e-mail to infoservice@magix.net and tell them that you cancel your subscription.

This was not about Loops Unlimited, but rather Sound Forge365. Guess I'll contact my credit card company and put a block on Magix.

@John-Pyatt You simply cancel a 365 subscription by writing an e-mail to infoservice@magix.net like I already mentioned. Simply not paying will lower your credit score.
