I'm sure we all understand and can empathise with you in these financially difficult times for everyone but these are user to user forums and not any contact for Magix staff who do not, generally, have much if any input here. As fellow-users there is nothing we can do to help you, sorry!

I assume you have a subscription for Sound Forge which you wish to cancel? In which case you must follow the instructions on this page and send an email to infoservice@magix.net. There is normally a period of one month between the email being received and the cancellation taking effect.
