There is really very little point in making any kind of threat to involve legal action in a forum which is for user-to-user interaction. It is NOT a contact point for Magix staff.

If you had carefully searched through the forum before submitting your various posts you would have seen this thread which clearly sets out how to achieve what you want to do.

Thank you my friend. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as I see that I am not the only one having this issue. I want to make sure that other people don't fall into your trap. Oh and thanks for the info on how to cancel. It better work.

It is not my trap, I am simply another user like yourself!

Although you may feel that you have been mistreated by Magix (though you have never actually told us what is your exact grievance) I very strongly suspect they have abided fully by the terms of the contract you signed when you first started with Acid PRO 365.

As explained in the linked thread, the contract conditions clearly state that cancellation of the existing contract happens exactly one month to the day from when you notify Magix in writing that you wish to cancel. If another payment falls due within that month it will be taken.

I am really not sure what you think the BBB can do about this, or whatever your grievance is.

Regrettably, that sounds rather like a threat, totally unnecessary, because it does work.
