Right now it is again, after 3 attempts. But many days it is not even after many more attempts. This is not a new problem but it is the first time that I got off my ass and bitched about it. It is annoying! It is a total pain!!! when I am in the mddle of something and have to walk away as the catalogue is not working!

Agreed. Trying 3 or 4 times is not acceptable. It should work first time every time. It's a real productivity destroyer.

Now try downloading something using a right-click in the Local Designs gallery. Nothing happens. This has been going on for many months.

Has anyone raised a ticket on this?

I am having the same issue here.

I just raised a ticket with Magix support.

Windows 10 Pro 22H2 64bit (19045.3208).
Intel i5 4670.  16 gig ram.  ALL SSD, Nvidia GTX960 (2G VRAM). latest drivers (536.09).

Audio IF: Focusrite 8i6 3rd Gen.

Software: Magix Movie Studio Suite 2023 22.03.172
