I purchased movie edit pro 14 a few years back and I do not have the email I purchased it with. I am trying to register my product but I dont have the serial number because i purchased it online.

I assume you mean MEP 2014 judging by your previous posts? If so please do not abbreviate the year number, also please, as you were asked to do back in 2018, put your computer specification in your signature so we do not have to go hunting for it or repeatedly ask you for the information.
To get your serial number browse to magix.com, login in to your account there, select My Products once logged in, there you will see your registered products, serial numbers and download link.

Hi Steve.
It's important to include the information requested by John as your version of Movie Edit pro was designed some time back and will not work well if at all if you are on Windows 10.
If you can't log into your magix account we can't help you here. We are only other users, not Magix staff. This is purely a user forum and not tech support.
You need to get onto Magix support or sales for specific problems.
