In addition to what @PATIENT-X has told you, I suspect the error message means that you are somehow trying to update your current version of VPX or that you are trying to use the serial key for your original version to activate a later version perhaps, but your Update Service has expired. Is that what is happening?

If so, your only option is to renew your Update Service if you wish to use a later version of the software.

What were you trying to?

It looks like you purchased a version that includes the 1-year Update Service and then you did an update when new features came out, possibly even upgrading to a new version. Your 1 year terminated and you didn't renew, so if you don't have to reinstall, no problem. But, if you do have to reinstall, then you are rolled back to the version on the day that you purchased the program (last paid). You are probably trying to install a newer version, thus the message.

Please read the terms of the Update Service.

Go to your products in your account on Magix.com and download the version that is available there. See if that works.
