changed computer to windows 11

I have been in contact with you before and told you I bough Xtreme PhotoStory Serial no Removed by Moderator.I purchased this in 26/9/2001. I have been told I can use it on windows 11 , my system is bigger than my other computer , but when I put the serial number in it it doesn't accept it. It has a X at the end of the serial number

You have told me you will email me but so far no one has . My email address is Removed by Moderator . I have always used Magix for over 15 years , but I am not receiving any support this time .Please advise me what to do.

Welcome to the Magix user to user public forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff or Magix Support. Hence, confidential data, like serial numbers or email addresses should never be posted here. That is the reason I have edited your post to remove those details.

The now removed data shows that you have an old version of the software, with a serial key beginning with P2; all recent versions of Magix software have a serial key beginning P3 and I suspect that is the reason that you are experiencing problems installing and activating your software; the appropriate server no longer exists.

You say you have been in contact with you before. Which email address did you use? The correct, and only one is infoservice@magix.net. Did you send them full details of your order?

You may not be aware but there have recently been major changes to the management and ownership of Magix GMBH and these may account for the fact you have heard nothing further to any reply you ahve already received. have you tried simply Replying to that latest email and requesting an update?
