I have tried the eyedropper to no avail or maybe I am not using it right. Any color turns grey, like my hair would if I had any. Oh, and BTW, Threshold and Fade Range are inoperable. Does that ring a bell? Is there a patch for this BUG. I am at odds with this program as well as the idea that this bug is well-known and still at large If we can get great photos of the Mars landscape then why do I have to switch to my old MEP 17 to Chromakey. Indeed, where is the expedition (formal). I realize that this platform is a forum and not support and I appreciate your efforts and am surprised that there is not more feedback. Once again thank you for your answer but 'what else ya got'.?

Hi Christopher.

I don't think that it doesn't work. It just doesn't work well.

Try applying this idea to test it out.

Use the Chroma green button on that and the green screen disappears. So I think there is a limited shade of green it will work with and would probably need to be very well lit with no shadows or creases. Next to useless but it does work, sort of.

I can't think of any other workaround.

On the Chromakey window, click on the button that says Color. Follow the instructions on the screen. Simply select a green area.
