Cinematic Moods - Remaster + Cinema download gets stuck on 1%

Hi all,

I've been using Magix for the last two years and have become aware of the basic process of using coupon codes, installing, and making sure the update extra content is available for use. Unfortunately, after updating Magix Movie Edit Pro Premium using the coupon code for the Cinematic Moods - Remaster + Cinema, when I attempt to download the pack it get's stuck on 1% and doesn't move. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so, is there a fix?

I just noticed that this issue has been brought up previously. I apologize for the extra post. It seems as though this issue hasn't been resolved yet as of March 1st, 2021? If it has, please link the solution if possible.

As you say, this is a known problem which, as of now, remains unresolved I believe.
