Cinematic Moods - Remastered Cinematic Effects is missing from audio menu. The download seemed successful and I entered the code. No longer in the Store. That’s why I updated Magix (2021) edit Pro for a year. So I used the code, but i havent the product. What do I do?
I`ve also issues with Cinematic Moods - Remastered. I my case i`m not able to download it at all. No problems with other products. I also updated to Pro get this.. Hopefuly Magix resolves this soon.

I have the same problem, I have extended the update but once the code has been entered, the Cinematic Moods - Remastered + Cinema product Magix disappears from the store and remains fixed at 1% download in short, you cannot download I also tried to delete the store products from the pc and download them again, all the other products download but Cinematic Moods - Remastered + Cinema Magix remains at 1% do you know when they will solve the problem?
Ho lo stesso problema , ho fatto il prolungamento dell'aggiornamento ma una volta inserito il codice il prodotto Cinematic Moods - Remastered + Cinema
Magix scompare dallo store e resta fisso all'1% di download insomma non si riesce a scaricare ho provato anche a cancellare i prodotti store dal pc e scaricarli di nuovo , tutti gli altri prodotti si scaricano ma Cinematic Moods - Remastered + Cinema

inoltre si può capire perche non risolvono il problema del menù contestuale sotto le icone (ad esempio forbici etc dove attraverso i PUNTINI si possono aprire varie funzioni) che nella lingua ITALIANA non funziona ? devo usare il programma in inglese .... e perchè ? quando sono italiano ed il programma contempla la lingua ?? qualcuno ne sa qualcosa ?
