I just got MEP Premium and installed latest update. Something mystical happens!
A blank window appears at start up and whenever I click on New project icon or select New project from the menu.
I also noticed when I click on Install extra content, I get a blank window.
Any idea what could be the reason? Thanks.
Surprise none could comment on this! I guess it was a unique one. Anyway, just to close this, the problem was resolved after applying a config file the Support team sent me. It also solved some other issues. Crash continued until I allocated more memory to my graphics card from CMOS setting. Hitfilm is still an issue but looks like it's a compatibility issue. I uninstalled it. All fine now.
