There is a way, go to http://www.magix.com then choose Help & Support, (You will have to log in) then choose E-mail support. Then proceed as follows, I have done some of your home work.

Step 2
Please pick one or multiple applicable statements.

I can not activate my codec or I get an activation screen

Step 3 Please disclose the most important details about your system.

After doing all this you will get answer by email.
