Commercial License

If I edit videos for clients and in the process I introduce effects like transitions or other effects to complete a creation or look and feel to the video. Do I need a commercial license to sell this video editing creation service?

I might also need to add sound to the above video using Music Maker, where I have used Music Maker loops to compose music by editing the loops. Do I need a commercial license to use Music Maker creation service?

Generally the client is using the video + music to sell their services/products, they are not selling the video or the music if that makes sense!

Here is the Magix EULA for software like Movie Edit Pro and Music Maker: https://www.magix.com/us/eula/consumer/

5. Using the Software and Contents for commercial purposes

5.1 Software In principle, the Software may be used for commercial purposes. [...]

5.2 Contents a) In principle, the Contents - with the exception of Live Sets - may only be used for non-commercial purposes. This also applies to music, video or photo data as well as the corresponding templates acquired through or by means of MAGIX Products.

b) [...].

c) Exploitation of Contents outside the scope of personally created work, i.e. separate from the work results achieved with the Software, is prohibited in all cases. In particular, the photos contained in the templates may not be extracted and used separately. This applies to both Commercial and non-commercial Uses.

This means that you can use the software commerically BUT NOT THE CONTENTS. You need to aquire a commercial license or get Video Pro X which allows commercial use of its contents. You also need a commercial license for the Music Maker loops from the shop or Producer Planet.
