constant crash installation loop

I am currently having problems With Magix movie edit pro 2021, the software seems to crash couple minutes after interacting with it and suddenly restarts, it the follows with an installation page

here you can see i cant tick any boxes and therefore it only allows me to cancel maybe this has something to do with it but i am unsure i have used to different systems but both give the same result this happens constantly and therefore will only allows me to utilise the software for a minimum of 5-8 minutes and has been doing so for the past 6 days since purchasing the software

if anyone can help it would be great

this worked as it prevents the installation manager from appearing however im now constantly loading up the software and as soon as i try to insert images to the timeline or and form of creating my project the movie edit pro seems to close all windown and restart im not sure why this is happening as i mentioned before i have re installed the software many times and cant seem to understand what is happening

Is this a new project or one created in a previous version of Movie Edit Pro ?

What format are the images - jpeg, png etc ?

i have re installed the software many times

But did you first completely uninstall it before attempting the reinstall? If you only used the built-in (Windows) uninstaller, that does not remove everything, which is what you most definitely need to do, because some folders etc. are first created when the app is first run, not when it is first installed. Hence, the uninstaller does not know about them so does not remove them.

Magix provide this guide to completely uninstalling and reinstalling all versions of MEP. I think you should, as your next step, carefully follow its process and see whether doing so will enable you to run MEP without problem.

this is a brand new project and jpeg and png format
