As far as I'm aware, once the program is registered with Magix I have always then downloaded the program from the website and the available plugins then are loaded with the program. It is possible that some of those plugins go missing due to them being withdrawn for whatever reason. I'm sure John will correct me if I'm wrong.
Correct me if I'm wrong; My understanding, (possibly with older MEP programs), there were 'other' Plug In's not necessarily part of the basic application itself. These were 'optional' enhancements (outside of the App), one could purchase? Things like 'Titles', 'Fades' 'FX' etc ... I remember seeing them (as an option), but there was a process to obtain them. And I'm not sure, (even if purchased), they would appear again after a 2nd downloaded installation of MEP in a different system? In any event, (other then an MP4 codec), I don't have any of them and would like to see what's available for purchase.
All of my previous bought items, transitions, titles etc, from the 'shop' have been downloaded. To have them download, go to Help / Download my store content.
What specific tasks are you thinking of requiring the need of plugins , eg audio cleaning, equalisation, compression, video enhancement, denoise, effects or all I mentioned?
Ray thanx for the refresher as to where to find them:
I'm shopping a bit: (maybe some additional titles)? Will these downloads be available (the same way) in both systems? (I now have installs in W7 & W10). And BTW John I'll have to drop a line to Magix regarding the recent install and registered license ...
The list of 'freebies' in the image you posted are the standard extra content, features and functionality items you got with the Plus and Premium editions of earler versions of MEP.
I'm encouraged to see all the extras as I can certainly use them in a current 'different' project ...
John one last thing; as I suspected I'm getting Error Code: -24 requiring me to notify infoservice@magix.net as to the final re-installation of W10 & MEP - Yes?
Thank You
Mike

@CarpentersMate Hi, hmm plugins 😋 I do like them, Vegas fx window shows what i've got,
a lot of them show in MEP, some work well or quite well, some work but have limited use of their controls & some just don't work or are useless,
there tends to be a couple of types, those that control the image ie. brightness, colour etc. some that control the size n shape etc. & other's that create fancy 'effects',
the brightness, colour ones work quite well & the size/position ones do ok also. it's the others that create fancy 'effects' that struggle or more precisely simply don't work, so watch out if you're looking for extra plugins outside those that are inc in MEP ,
A lot of the brightness/colour plugins can be recreated using MEP's Effects, there'll be limited control compared to a plugin but a lot of them are just forms of blending layers or colours, either through transparency or Chroma/Alpha keying/masking. As John says consider what it is you'd like to do...
Should have added that the NeatVideo Denoiser I use is the Pro version as I am working with 4K video, the 'Home' edition is limited to 1920 x 1080 video maximum.
The website and content for the store can be found here
There's a lot of interesting stuff on Producer Planet. I guess I missed seeing them, but perhaps you can point us to where you see all of the same Title Templates, Transition Templates, Movie & Editing Templates, Intros & Outros, Themepacks, Popular Shapes, Design Elements and Image Objects that I see in the Store.
If anyone needs transitions or things Producer Planet are not offering on their website you could use Shutterstock. There are a lot more websites out there and you don't have to be tied to Magix offerings from the store. A lot of what is offered on these sites are made from other programs anyone could use for themselves. Especially if anyone doesn't want to upgrade their video editor just to get content. There is also a lot of legitimate free stuff out there. Just look for it.
