Cookie cutter has few basic shapes , How do you change their proportions? say I need 20:5 rectangle ?

AFAICS the Cookie cutter is fixed aspect ratio.
The Section effect will create the AR ratio rectangle you are looking for, and in VDL 2026 can be keyframed using Size, Position and Rotation.

So CC isn't flexible enough... I ended up using layer matte #14 and adjust it as needed

Hi,
More flexibility would be nice in the Cookie Cutter, including the ability to draw masks.
Other than using the matte that you used, you can simply use the white colour swatch as a mask, give it chromakey alpha, resize and move it where you want.
