Creating titles

How shall I create a title / subtitle? I have Movie Edit Pro Plus 18.0.3.261. In help is written (page Title > Create titles without a template) Click on the "General" entry under "Title" in the Media Pool. But I haven't a Title tab:

True, sort of!! See the screenshot below. You need to click on the Templates tab and then Title templates and then My Own.

The Help file is "not entirely correct", not for the first time!
