What exactly is the problem @Richard-Bruder ? If it is an activation/serial number issue, the Magix customer service sales team handles those type of inquiries. If it is a technical issue, your fellow SF users can often help here.

Magix's web UI for getting personal on-line support is confusing. I have a 14+ step instructional 'cheat-sheet' to get a Magix tech support ticket if no one on the forum can help.
